I've been gone too long!

Just wanted to say SO SORRY for not blogging at all over the last 3 months, but I have 2 really good excuses for my absence...
1) I usually only blog while at work, and work has been unbelievably busy over these last few months. I barely have time to take a lunch break, let alone write a blog post, and when I do take a break I leave my desk to get a much needed change of scenery.
2) I'm obsessed with the Twilight series books and all my free time goes to re-reading them over and over. My highly insane Twilight obsession needs it's own post though.

Eric and I have been super busy as usual, so I have a lot of catching up to do! Photos and stories coming soon...

catching up

We've been very busy these last 4 weeks, so here are some highlights!

Labor Day weekend at Lake Roosevelt. Lots of dudes boating, playing volleyball & horseshoes, watching football and playing 4-5-6 for $1. A couple of super cute babies and a few wives and girlfriends attended (one more wife being added this weekend! A huge congrats to Jen and Jeff!!!)

Cheered on Heather and her Mom Shelly at the Breast Cancer 3-Day. I'm so proud of them both for walking 60 miles in 3 days, such an amazing accomplishment!!! You girls rock!

Tailgating before the Coug game.

Super fun Alpha Phi wedding! Congratulations Shelby & Curtis!!!

wedding in chelan

Just got back from a weekend in Chelan for Allison and Ed's wedding. I went over on Thursday to help out and lend support to the bride, and Eric drove over after work on Friday evening.

The wedding and reception were held at Wapato Point Cellars, a winery in Manson, WA (about 7 miles north of Chelan, right on the lake).

I took a ton of pictures during the 2 1/2 days I was there, but I have horrible news to report... a friend accidentally deleted all the files off my camera at about midnight on Saturday, so absolutely everything was lost and can't be recovered. I am more than devastated, but it was a total accident and my friend felt really bad about it. So now I'm just trying to gather pictures from other people, since mine are gone forever.
UPDATE: I was able to recover almost all of the deleted pictures! I downloaded some free recovery software and it worked like a charm, YAY! I'll post more pictures soon.

I stole this picture of the bride and groom off of the bride's facebook page. Doesn't she look amazing?!!
