So, my little "gluten free" experiment didn't really give me the insight I was looking for because I feel basically the same. I think not eating so many carbs was a good thing, but overall I don't think I have a "food sensitivity" which I'm glad about because I LOVE gluten!
What I should really be focused on is just eating better in general and eating smaller portions. I think everyone can agree that when you overeat you aren't likely to feel physically great afterward...shocking, I know :)
I guess we're back to the timeless "diet and exercise" for a healthy mind and body!
